Day-to-day tasks

• help residents shower and get dressed
• help people have their Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
• make beds
• use equipment to lift and move residents
• talk to residents and reassure them
• help residents to use the toilet
• tidy the ward or resident’s homes
• take residents’ temperature or pulse
• attend meetings with other healthcare professionals
